Worst Two Months of My Life!!!

If you ever followed me you would know that I've been gone for two months! Those two months were the worst months of my entire life!

October is notorious for being a month filled with bad luck but never in my life has it affected me like it did this October! On the very first day of the month I got sick with the flu. I very quickly noticed that this wasn't an ordinary flu. Usually when I get the flu it lasts a day or two and I never throw up or anything but this flu lasted a whole week and I was throwing up almost every day! On the eighth when I finally got over it I was on my computer down in my living room when suddenly the smoke detector started going off upstairs. I ran up to see what it was and as I got there I say my WiFi router explode in a cloud of smoke! I ran into the bathroom and wet the hand towel and quickly ran back and threw it over the now burning router! Thankfully it put out the router immediately. I do have a desktop PC but I don't use nor do I like it very much ever since I got my Mac Pro! That was the first ever in home fire Ive experienced in my life! On Monday the tenth me and a couple of my friends went to one of the cool local bar/restaurants  to have some fun! We all love the place and have been going to it for years! As usual we all got one of their famous cheeseburgers and a few drinks! Within minutes I knew something was wrong! I ran to the bathroom and not a minute too soon! I threw up what seemed like all the food i had eaten that day and my friends were not far behind! I got home home and called the doctor only to find out what I already knew... I had food poisoning. I've only had it one other time in my life, when i was 6, and it was awful! Not surprisingly it was just as bad if not worse than the first time! Like the flu it also lasted a whole week and the vomiting never ceased!

I was in a really bad funk the whole month of November mainly because it is when my grandfather passed away! My dad was a marine and he was away a lot so I used to hang with my grandpa a lot to help fill that void! It was two years since he died and his death both shattered and brought together the whole family. Other than that I guess it was a pretty good month! December on the other hand was freaking awesome! I was on vacation practically the whole month so I didn't really have time to post then but now I'm back, I'm motivated, and I'm ready to restart this blog full time!

Breaking News!!!

Wow It was a day filled with surprises! Not only has Apple released an iPhone 4s when everyone expecting an iPhone 5 I have just received word that Steve Jobs has DIED!

There are little improvements made on the new iPhone. Only two hardware changes in all! They added the A5 processor and they upgraded to an 8 mpx camera! To some this may come as a disappointment but I don't really see that way. I'm just so so about it to be honest. The biggest change came to the software but I will talk about all that tomorrow!

Steve Jobs DIED! I just cant believe it! It was apparently caused by his long battle with cancer. That will take some time to sink in :(   in the meantime try to stay happy -_- To all you crazy Apple freaks you need to calm down! So what if you didn't get you precious iPhone 5! I will come just be patient, I wanted it too but you don't see me freaking out about it!!

Kirby Mass Attack Review

Kirby Mass Attack is a great game with an unfortunately horrible story line! The game starts off in the typical Kirby fashion. You see Kirby relaxing on a hill when suddenly the bad guy comes in. In this story he is a Skull King or something like that. At this point anything could happen because even though all Kirby stories are the same, they all have their subtle differences. The Skull King pulls out his magic staff and uses it to split Kirby into 10 substantially weaker Kirbys. One by one he starts destroying the Kirbys and with a last gleam of hope Kirby's heart star appears and guides him to safety! Now it is your mission to rid the land of the Skull King menace!

The game play is, as usual, the best part. You start out with just one Kirby but the more fruit you collect the more Kirbys you will have. You dash around destroying enemies and collecting coins. Kirby comes across both old and new enemies that are as challenging as ever. there are some obvious advantages to having more than one Kirby but its the disadvantages that give the game most of its challenge! To start, keeping all those Kirbys together is a challenge on its own but when your trying to avoid an enemy's strike its a whole other story. There wasn't much of a tutorial and for me this was a good thing because I hate when a game makes you go through a huge tutorial. Other than that the graphics are as expected and the sounds are generic. Crappy as its flaws may be it is still a great game that I'm sure will keep me playing for hours to come. I rate it a 7 out of 10 for its childish charm and fun game play!

Rage?!

I went ahead and decided to pre-order Rage at Best Buy yesterday and was shocked to hear that it comes out on tuesday which is tomorrow!! I had no idea it was coming out so soon! I thought for sure that it was coming out in December for some reason!! It's a little embaracing that I didn't know when its coming out! I always know when games are coming out and I'm really good at guessing if it doesn't have a date yet so this is kinda awkward!! Anyways it looks like a great game and I'm just glad I wasn't too late to pre-order it because I really wanted those extras!! If you haven't pre-ordered it yet than it's too late but if you have Congratulations!! Your copy will be ready for you tomorrow unless your going to a midnight event in which case it will be ready tonight!! Happy Gaming!!

Battlefield 3 Open Beta!!

The Battlefield 3 Open beta finally came out on the 25th of last month and it is amazing!! Honestly, even after loads of people telling me that I should play them, I have never played any of the Battlefield games so I'm not going to give you a huge opinion on it because I really have nothing to base it off of. As far as graphics and all that stuff goes, I got to say that it looks pretty real. It was like I was really there. When it comes to game play I cant really tell you. The mechanics are nice and smooth and the animations are, while still glitchy, also nice and clear. Graphically it has to be one of the best games I have ever seen! If you haven't tried it already I strongly urge you to. It is an open beta so you don't need an invite and it is on all platforms except the Wii of course!

I Like the Classics!

If you haven't heard, Tony Bennett's new album, Duets II, came out on the 16th of this month. Now I do realize that I'm a little late to report on this but I just now decided to buy it. After listening to it just once I have fallen completely in love with it! I love everything about it, everything is just perfect! I have always been partial to that old fashioned sound. Music from the 20s, 30s, and even the 40s has always been some of my favorite kind of music. You just don't find stuff like this anymore and it is a real shame. I think what I love most about this kind of music is the artists. With this style of music they really have to rely purely on their talent. Auto tuning and synthesizing wont work with this kind of music and artists like Britney Spears and Katy Perry, just to name a few, would never be able to sing on an album like this. Anyway I HIGHLY recommend this album, its pure perfection.

News?

Now that Gears 3 came out there isn't really much to report on! I could to continue to create hype for the rest of the games coming out this fall but what for? I mean we all know when all the games are coming out and based on which ones we want the most we pretty much hype ourselves up! This may sound like its going nowhere but I do have something to talk about.

As I'm sure most of you have heard the Apple iPhone 5 will be coming out this October just as I said it would but there is something I noticed when reading a few articles about its release. If you read even just one article about the iPhone release you will notice that there is nothing about the whole bar incident. Just as it happened last year Apple decided to create hype/panic when they told the press that the iPhone 5 prototype had been left in an bar and then stolen! They are not saying anything about it because there is nothing there is nothing else to say. As I predicted it was a scam. It is still early and anything can change but we are so close to the convention or whatever they are having on October 4th that it seems unlikely! Either way I am super excited and I cant wait to get my hands on a new iPhone 5!

WHY NETFLIX?!?!?!

As I'm sure you have all heard Netflix decided to completely split their streaming service from their DVD by mail service! Now the DVD service will be called Qwickster and apparently it will be a lot more expensive than the original Netflix plan. I was really upset with this because I loved getting both DVD by mail and instant streaming mostly because even thought they said that they were putting more money toward streaming I haven't really noticed anything! I will be keeping the instant streaming but I'm going to drop the DVD service! Well... what are you going to do right?!

In other news Sony has released more info about their upcoming system the PSP Vita! To be honest it wasn't great news in fact it was downright horrible! They basically said that the system will have a disgustingly short battery life. I'm not sure how long it lasts but a lot of people including my self are pretty angry about this. On the bright side...... well maybe the OK side Sony said that you can purchase it with an upgraded battery for an undisclosed price! I'm am really excited about this system but it doesn't seem to be coming together very well!

Excitement!!

OK... So I think I fixed my schedule and I should be able to start to writing more regularly on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays!!

There are a lot of Games that I'm sure we are all looking foreword to buying this fall! Some of the most popular have to be COD Modern Warfare 3, Assassins Creed Revelations, and of course Gears Of War 3! Since Gears of War is so close to being released it already has a review! I have read it and it sounds loads better that the second! I like many people love an unbiased  review and the most unbiased site around hast to be Game Pro, you can read the Full gears review HERE!! As for the other games, no review yet but I'm sure they will be up within the next month.

The other bit of excitement is that Steam has released Portal (the first one) for free on their website! If you have Steam like I do and are wondering why you haven't seen it its because they did absolutely no advertising for it! It is only free until the 20th of this month so if you don't have it already you should go download it now!!

Like I said I will be writing more often and I hope that you will visit more often!! 

Its My Birthday!!

Its my birthday today and the gifts keep rolling in! I just woke up and already I've received a brand new iPod touch the 32GB model to replace my old broken iTouch which was also 4th generation! I also got all the accessories for the iTouch I could possible hope for as well as iBeats earbuds all form my older sister! My little sister got me new shoes from Adidas which I am most looking forward to getting (there coming form Zappos VIP)! They are called Adidas Campus and apparently Snoop Dog had a hand in designing them! Snoop Dog is one of my favorite rappers of all time because we were born in the same place so I'm pretty sure thats why my sister chose them! I'm not sure what they look like but my sister has good taste in clothes so I'm sure they will be Awesome!! My parents say that they are getting me something big and expensive so they're really hoping I like it. They said they are going to give it to me when they take me out to Red Lobster tonight! My grandma and grandpa got me a whole new wardrobe which I was there to pick. My grandma on my mom's side got me a $50 gift card to Best Buy! That, by comparison, may seem like a crappy gift but I'm A LOT close to her than I am to my grandparents on my dad's side and she doesnt have a lot of money so I always treasure her gists the most!! She is like a second mom to me and actually I always call her mom which does create some confusion when I'm around both her and my mom! This is already an awesome birthday and I still have many more surprises ahead!!! I cant wait!!!

I have a question and I am begging you to answer! I know your reading this but I never get any comments so PLEASE comment this time!!!!!! What is the best Birthday present you have ever gotten? I dont necessarily mean the biggest or the most expensive but I mean which meant the most to you?

Tightened Schedule

Now that school has started back up it's really hard to keep up with all the blog worthy news which is why I didn't write last Friday. Today I have some "I told you so's" and some other various news.

I told you that the rumor about Nintendo making an attachment for the 3DS was true. It was confirmed that they will be making an attachment that will add another analog stick as well as more shoulder buttons. It's just stupid that Nintendo didn't realize that they would need these controls in the first place when they were first designing the 3DS. Now we are going to have an attachment that will no doubt make the system bulky and hard to carry around!

In other various news David Guetta's new album, Nothing but the Beat, came out last week and it is a little less than I expected! I love all David Guetta songs but these didn't seem as good as his previous works. In my opinion the only amazing song on the album is "Where Them At". So........... yeah, I was disappointed!

What a Load of Crap!!

If you google PS4 in images the majority of the images look like the one above, that's right there are more PS4 rumors! The full rumor says that Sony will start manufacturing the PS4 this fall to be ready for a 2012 release where 20 million units will then be shipped. While I kinda want to believe it I'm going to say that it's FALSE! Sony's whole goal for the PS3 was to keep it going to 2015. To be honest I think that Sony has barely started working on the basic ideas for the next system. A more reasonable rumor would have been to say that the PS4 would be released in mid to late 2013 or early to mid 2014. I'm definitely putting this rumor in the "load of crap" pile!
In other news an Apple employee has left the iPhone 5 prototype in a bar.....AGAIN!!! This is the exact same scam they pulled on us last year to get us excited for the iPhone 4's release but they took it a little further this time! The have supposedly gotten the police involved and have searched one of the suspects houses! I for one don't believe a word of this and neither should you! I'm sure the real prototype is safe and secure back at Apple headquarters!

CANT STOP LISTENING and Other , mostly lame, News

The Carter IV has totally engulfed my life since I bought it monday morning! I cant seem to go five minutes without listening to it!! Its ten times better than I thought it would be and I'm even listening to at this very moment! My favorite song has to be President Carter  , there is just something about that makes me love it more than the others.

The mostly lame news is about that fag we all know as Justin Bieber. He crashed a Ferrari (dumb ass) and the damage was estimated to be around $200,000. Even If I was rich enough to burn a Ferrari every week I think I would be a lot more cautious when driving one!!

The Carter IV (Deluxe Edition of Course)

I forgot to mention yesterday that the Carter IV by Lil Wayne finally came out at midnight. I stayed up to buy it and after listening to all the songs I can honestly say that it was worth the wait. Every track is pure gold. It is way better than I could have ever expected. The collaborations are amazing but I'm a little disappointed that he didn't do one with Nicki Minaj. I definitely recommend the deluxe version because for just 5 dollars extra you can get 4 extra songs. It really is a huge album, the regular version is already 15 tracks witch is usually the amount of tracks in a deluxe version but the deluxe edition has 19 tracks! In conclusion it is an amazing album and definitely worth the price!!!

Hackers Finally do Something Right!

As I'm sure you all know the VMAs were last night and it was pretty good. The performances were amazing, the tributes to Britney Spears and Amy Winehouse were very well done and it was all around a really great show!! Unfortunately not everyone I wanted to win actually won and I felt like some of the winners didn't diserve the award. The exceptions were Adele, Nicki Minaj, Britney Spears, and I guess Lady Gaga or as she was know throughout the night, Joe. Now Adele didn't win anything durring the show but she won for best are direction, best cinematography, and best editing but I thought for sure that she would win for Video of the Year. Instead Katy Perry won and this is one of the people that I think didn't diserve it. For one her video wasn't ever as popular as rolling in the deep and just based off that Adele should have won. The second person that I dont think should have won was Tyler the Creator for Best New Artist. I feel this way because I have never even heard his song and I didn't even know who he was until last night. The biggest disappointment of the night came when Justin Bieber won for Best Male Video. Honestly I kinda knew that it was going to happen but it was still annoying. Hopefully as Vanilla Ice predicted his time is ending and you can tell it will be soon. Just think that two years ago he would have been nominated in all the categories even if he didn't belong in them so thank god it was only one this year.

This morning I woke up as usual but for some reason I was compelled to check twitter. I dont usually check it until about noon but I felt like I had to this morning. I was looking at what was trending and I saw something about Justin Bieber. It was #JustinBieberVEVO. I thought it was something about how his videos had a sudden spike of popularity due to his win last night which I don't really care about but I decided to click it anyways. I was pleasantly surprised to see that all his music videos have been deleted off youtube. I decided to read more into it but as of right now nobody is really sure why its happened. To me is sounds like hackers which is why I titled this post like I did. For once they aren't making people's lives miserable but they are actually helping the world by doing something I really wish I could have had a part of. What did you think of the VMAs? Deus Ex: Human Revolution Review!

I went to Game Stop yesterday and I was looking around at all the new games and I decided to buy Deus Ex. I dont like to do full reviews they just take too long so I will give you the just of it! I stayed up all night playing it and I have to say that I am not as impressed as I thought I would be. Everything from the gameplay to the visual quality is just so so. The best part of the whole thing is the story and even with such a great story its still isn't that great of a game. I not trying to say that its a bad game I'm just saying that it could be better. The story is strangely reminiscent of two movies I once saw, Surrogates and Repo Men. If you've seen either of those movies you will know what I'm talking about if you play this game. Whether or not they actually took ideas from these movies is beyond me but it does seem rather close to be a coincidence. As far as the gameplay goes I would have to describe it as a combination of splinter cell and some generic first person shooter game. When I first heard about this game I thought it was pronounced Doos Ex which was funny because if you say it fast it sounds like Do Sex but after playing it I found out that  it is said Day-us Ex wich isn't as fun and sounds rather nerdy. Over all I would have to say that I am disappointed and...............well that pretty much it. Please dont forget to comment and follow!

BREAKING NEWS!!!

Steve Jobs retired as CEO of Apple Inc.. He said that he is no linger capable of doing his duties at the company and has named Tim Cook as his successor! Apparently he will still be chairman although I'm not sure how all that stuff works! I hope Apple doesn't crumble like they did when Jobs left the company the first time. Please remember to comment and follow!!

Rumors! Does Anyone Even Care?

With so many rumors going around these days it may OR may not make you wonder which ones are true. The most talked about ones are the iPhone 5, the PS4, the xbox 720, and some radical new design change to the 3DS. I don't know how it happened but people started to say the Microsoft will unveil a new system within the next year or 2. When I look at the state of the xbox 360 and not just the sales numbers but the design as well I would have to say that I believe this rumor is true. I'm not saying that its a bad system but it has its flaws. For one it doesn't use blu-ray discs which means that it doesn't have amazing visual quality like the PS3. The second thing is that I don't think that it has as much processing power as the PS3. I don't know if its just me but when I go from my PS3 to my xbox 360 it feels like the xbox is slower. You know what thought I think that the blu-ray thing is the biggest factor in why Microsoft would want to upgrade so much sooner than Sony. When you look at the PS3 you see a perfect system. I have seen a lot of fan boy videos for both the PS3 and the Xbox 360 and the 360 fan boys always say the they can say whats wrong with their system yet PS3 fan boys cant say whats wrong with their system. That's because there is nothing bad to say about the PS3. That's pretty much why I think that Sony will wait to upgrade. With all that said I for once would like to see the xbox be better than the play satiation. I hate fan boys and I don't like to talk about anything that would spark a fan boy outrage but I understand brand loyalty and I just felt like all that had to be said.
I'm almost 100% sure that the iPhone 5 rumors are true. If I had to guess at a release date I would say the first 2 weeks in October and that's all I want to say about that.
As for the 3DS design change rumors I want them to be true but at the same time I don't. The rumor, if you haven't heard, goes that Nintendo is developing a second analog stick for the 3DS. It will come as an attachment for existing 3DS owners but eventually will be fully integrated into the system within the coming the year. Even though I do and don't want it to be true I think it will eventually happen. The main reason being is that it would open up a lot more possibilities for games because it would work more like a conventional home console controller.

Lesser Know Treasures of the Blogging World and New Thoughts on an Old Subject.

Ever since I started blogging I have been really into the lesser know blogs. They are usually way less bias and have more straight forward opinions. They are not getting paid to review anything but they do so simply because they want their opinions to get out there in the world. One such blog that I enjoy every minute of is GamerBlogTV! Its a blog much like my own but a little bigger. He blogs about all the same stuff I do but it has more of a newspaper quality. Actually he has his own online news paper called The GamerBlogTv Daily which I also strongly recommend you check out. The guy behind it all is a huge GEARS fan and you will notice it by just looking at the home page. I personally have never been a huge GEARS fan but as I like to say "To each their own!"
On the third of this month I talked about how developers eventually plan to phase out disk based gaming. I said that I thought this was a stupid idea and an all digital world would suck but now that I have my 3DS I have made an exception. I went on a mini vacation to Niagara Falls this weekend and I decided to take my 3DS along. It was great fun at first but then it started to get annoying to keep switching game cartridges every time I wanted to play something different. So my exception is that I think that portable gaming should be all digital. I knew a lot of people that were completely pissed off when Sony went all digital with the PSP GO but looking back it truly is an easier and more convenient platform. Besides the ease of use it could also mean cheaper games and I know that that will be very welcome in this time of $50 and $60 games. To clarify, No I do not think all gaming should be digital with the exception being portable gaming

Jay-Z and Kanye West Trash a Super Car and I get the 3DS for $99

Jay-Z and Kanye West basically tore apart a brand new Mercedes Benz Maybach, the German super car that STARTS at $373,000 for the base model. They tore off the top and welded reinforcements over the fenders. In my opinion it was a stupid move although there were some reasons they did it that were kinda good. The first and most obvious of these reasons is for the video. The second reason is that they plan to auction it off and give the proceeds to a charity that will help the famine in Africa. The damages were estimated at $180,000 and I don't even think that they will get that back! For such great artists I feel that it was very uncreative and poorly planned out but the song itself is awesome!
On Thursday night I received an email from Game Stop that basically said that since I'm a Power Up Rewards Pro member I qualified for a coupon that would allow me to purchase the 3DS for just $99. The only catch is that I would have to have an old DS to trade in! Lucky for me I had my old DS Lite and I took full advantage of the coupon! With this coupon I got 20 more dollars than I would have without it! In reality this coupon would have been worthless if I had had a DSi or DSiXL because I know for a fact that you can get $80 for the DSi and $100 for the DSiXL. So I upgraded and got the aqua blue one instead of the red one like I planned! That is all ok because I figured that I should give the red thing a break, after all the DS I traded in was crimson red so I think a color change would be welcome! Setting the 3DS on Fire!

Sorry there was no post yesterday but I didn't know that blogger was going to be down!
Two days ago Nintendo of America announced that a new 3DS color would get released just one month after the price drop. This new color, as you might have guessed by my title, will be Flame Red! I for one am glad I waited to upgrade because not only is there going to be a price drop but the 3DS will now come in my favorite color! If you want you can pre order all three colors at Amazon.com for the new price! I wont be pre ordering because I want to trade my old DS for the 3DS even if I only get $50 for it! The only problem I have with this whole thing is that I think that Nintendo should have released the new color at the same time as the price drop! So instead of it feeling like "Holy crap!! Nintendo is giving the 3DS a price drop and a new color! I have to go buy it the day it comes out!" it actually feels like "Woah! Nintendo is giving the 3DS a price drop and a new color but OH..... wait I still have to wait a whole month before I can get the color I want!" This just reinforces my thoughts that Nintendo doesn't know how to properly release anything!

Watching the Throne!

So as I'm sure most of you know Jay-Z and Kanye West's new album, Watch the Throne, finally came out yesterday! I bought it the second it came out and I just cant stop listening to it! Every track is perfect except H.A.M. There is something about that song that I can't stand!! I'll like it eventually. Anyways I had to buy the Deluxe version for obvious reasons! I've never really liked Jay-Z but he sounds really good in this album and the fact that he's teamed up with Kanye West makes it even better. I'm sure some of you might hate Kanye West and I half agree with you. He is a jerk but his music is always pure gold and even you haters have to admit it! Well I'm going to try to keep this short so in conclusion Watch the Throne is an awesome album that I highly recommend and I can't wait to see which songs are made into singles!! GO BUY NOW!!!!

Bad News and Money With Swagger!

Sorry I didn't post yesterday but I slept all day then I went out to eat with my girlfriend!
Some of you may not find the bad news so bad but most of you PS3 users will find it horrible! I don't know if you've heard but Twisted Metal, which was supposed to drop on October 4th, has been delayed to an unknown time in 2012(presumedly within the first three months) . As a subscriber to the PS3 blog I was one of the first to read this and I was shocked mostly. Apparently the developers said that its just not ready yet which sucks because I bet it would have been the perfect Halloween game. There is some good to this horrible news. In my opinion it's good that they have recognized that it wont be done and have postponed it to make sure that when it does release it is perfect rather than rushing to get it done by the previously specified date and then it be half assed if you know what I mean.

Quick Update!!

I know this isn't one of my posting days but I thought I should let you all know something! The End Draws Near for Disc Based Gaming!

OK.. well maybe its not that near but by my estimate we only have about 10 years left maybe more maybe less! I was reading an article over at my favorite gaming site, IGN.com. It was about how disc based gaming will eventually be phased out and whether or not it's a good thing and it made me think. It made me think about how boring getting a new video game would be if that really happened! There would be no thrill, all you would have to do is click download. It would demolish the excitement of picking a freshly wrapped game off the shelf and squinting as you tried to read the tiny letters on the back. It would take away the ever growing anticipation as you drive home with your newly purchased game. It would relinquish that feeling of pure harmony as you tear the wrapping off and open the case for the first time. And the worst part of all.............you wouldn't get to smell that wonderful smell of a brand new booklet!!! That may sound strange to some of you but I know of a lot of people that are like that including myself. It's just that the smell is like nothing else just like Apple products. If you order anything from Apple like cables, iPods, computers, they all have this very distinctive smell that is just amazing. Again I know its strange but you know to each their own... right??!!
Now back to the subject! Do I think that all digital gaming is a good thing?? Definitely not!!! First and foremost digital gaming is still fairly unsecured!! Some of you may not agree but think of it this way. As our knowledge of the digital world grows so will the hackers so even if we think we found a fail safe way to keep hackers out it probably wont last forever! There is also the devices capability to consider. If the new devices aren't built properly you could face crashes, freezing, and slow download times. While I'm sure they will be built with a higher quality than they are today, nothings perfect. The last thing that makes me dislike digital gaming is that you wont have to go to a store anymore. This goes for books as well. My favorite store has got to be Barns & Nobel! You can grab a Starbucks and then just take you time and relax as you look at all the different books. If that went away because of the digital world I don't know what I'd do. The video game equivalent would be Game Stop. Isn't just exciting to walk into a Game Stop and see wall to wall games!! Here I Am by Kelly Rowland and Other Exciting News!

Kelly Rowland's new album was finally released on the 26 last month! After a much anticipated release, especially by me, it doesn't disappoint! Every track is solid gold from the beats to the lyrics and at only $11 for the deluxe edition you can't go wrong! There are currently only two singles on it, Motivation and Commander(feat. David Guetta), but I'm sure there will be more in the future(there always is)!
Strangely enough she has the only new album worth mentioning right now, but Kanye West and Jay-Z's new album, Watch the Trone, will finally drop on the 8th. Its going to be AWESOME!!
The exciting news is that I really like Kanye West and Jay-Z more than I thought I did!! I don't know why I thought I didn't like them? Man Was I wrong!!!

I was thinking that I havent really established a schedule for posting yet so here it is!
I will write on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday! I will try to write about something different on each of those days(music, electronics, video games)! The most Important stuff will of course come first and if I must I will mix the subjects! If I write on any of the days not listed above then it should be considered breaking news! 3DS Gets Major Price Cut!

Nintendo announced a major price cut today!! The 3DS will go from $249.99 all the way down to $169.99! That is HUGE when it come to gaming consoles! As amazing as it is I know of a lot of bloggers that said that it WAS going to have a price drop because the new Wii U would be around $250 to $300! Who cares what the reason was all I care about is  finally upgrading! I know I've said some things in the past but it had a lot more to do with the price than I thought because now that it will be cheap I can't wait to upgrade!

Anonymous Gets Arrested!

This week 15 people, all belonging to the Anonymous hacker group, have been arrested in the US under the suspicion that they did indeed take part in the PSN hacking! Numerous computers and AV equipment have been taken as evidence and are currently being looked over! As of now it is unknown how many more arrests will be made and if they will find anything linking the group to the hacking! As I'm sure you can all remember the FBI is handling the situation but until now nothing has really come from their investigations! Hopefully they have finally caught those jerks that forced a month of bordum upon us like a plague! Please comment and follow!

OSX 10.7 Lion Does it Live Up to the Hype?

Yesterday I finally downloaded the new Mac OS, Lion! I have played around with pretty much all the features now and besides some minor annoyances I think Apple has done it again! I mean to say that I'm really impressed with the new operating system! It is as sleek and organized as ever. One of my favorite features has got to be Launchpad. It makes your screen look like an iPad! That minor annoyance I was talking about was the fact that they dropped Front Row! I loved that app, it let me see movie trailers and let me play my music in a stylish manner! In conclusion I would have to say YES it does live up to the hype!

Now, lately I have been really lazy so I'm sorry if this isn't a satisfactory post but tomorrows will be more of a story, I promise! I just feel bad for not posting anything yesterday! Why Nintendo May Fall!

With it's declining sales of both the Wii and the 3DS there are many reasons for why Nintendo might fall! This year Nintendo is seeing it's lowest sales numbers in over four years. The Wii is quickly loosing popularity and the 3DS never really had it! In all reality Nintendo is lucky that the Wii had such a strong run. It is greatly underpowered and is in desperate need of an upgrade. This upgrade is coming in the form of the Wii U. In my opinion I think Nintendo has once again sold itself short. When you look at everything we know so far about the Wii U you can already see that it will be the Wii all over again. With all due respect it will be way more powerful than the current Wii BUT... not next gen powerful. It's what the Wii should have been in the first place! I'm not trying to upset the fan boys but even they have to admit that I'm right! Now, I'm going to try to stay out of the console wars as much as possible so thats all I have to say about that! Moving on to the 3DS we saw a lot of hype but unfortunately it seemed like Nintendo didn't even plan for its release! There weren't any games that were released with it that made anybody say "OMG I HAVE TO GET A 3DS SO I CAN PLAY THAT GAME"! The 3DS itself is an amazing concept but the execution was poor to say the least and I have yet to upgrade for that very reason. Looking back to E3 we heard Nintendo talk a lot about all the games that were coming to the 3DS this year and next and there were some exciting titles in the mix! One in particular really caught my eye and that was Smash Bros! They said that they were going to to a simultaneous release on both the 3DS and the Wii U! That game alone will get me to upgrade! Hopefully with all these up incoming releases it will boost Nintendo's sales and give them back their edge they no longer seem to hold over he gaming community! I for one would hate to see a gaming legend like Nintendo fall and I can't wait to see what will come within the next five or ten years! What do you think? Hands on with the HTC EVO 3D

I was in the mall yesterday and I decided to go into the Sprint store to check out the new EVO 3D! I must admit that before I even had it in my hands I was already expecting the worst. I thought it was going to be like the 3DS which I wasn't at all impressed with. I had it in my hands now and before the screen turned on I was already impressed. The design is simple and serious but it still had that fun quality that makes you want to play with it. So I finally turned on the screen and I was even further impressed by the quality of all the colors. It has a QHD 960 x 540 display which is a little less than the current iPhone but still beautiful nonetheless. Now I moved on to the OS. It runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread and as with all versions of Android I like the way it looks better than the way it functions. From here I started to play with the phones 3D capabilities and this is the most impressive feature of all. You can run all kinda of apps in 3D and even take 3D videos and pictures with the phones two back facing 5 megapixel cameras. With all these amazing features it needs a processor with the power to run them all and the EVO 3D does deliver! It has a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon dual-core processor, not even my iPad can rival that kind of power. Amazing as it is it does have its downsides. For one it runs on Sprint witch doesn't cover my area so why there is a Sprint store near by is beyond me. Second the cameras stick out past the phone and without a case I can bet they would get scratched beyond use within a few weeks. The last and most annoying problem I had with it is that it runs on Sprint! I know I've said this but I just can't stad Sprint. I would tell you why but its a long story and doesn't really pertain to this post. In conclusion it is a great phone with great features and if you have sprint and are ready for an upgrade I would highly recommend it! Please Comment and Follow!

I know it isn't much but I'm new and don't have a lot to work with! So heres the deal: If I can get 100 followers by the end of the month I will donate $100 to my local food bank. They are in danger of shutting down and they are in desperate need of any money they come across so all I ask is for 100 followers. My next post will be up tonight or tomorrow mourning!

ModernWarfare3.com Dispute

Some times fanboys take it too fare as they did with modernwarfare3.com. Apparently not only were they bad mouthing the upcoming video game Modern Warfare 3, they recently started redirecting visitors to the official Battlefield 3 website and Activision has had enough! They filed a "first domain name dispute complaint". It's not yet clear how things will turn out but hopefully it wont get any more serious than it already is.

Lil Wayne Drops a Mixtape!

On the 13 of this month Lil Wayne released a mix tape called Sorry 4 the Wait. As the title suggest he wants to say sorry for pushing the release of his next mainstream album, The Carter IV. Even with that we are still not sure when exactly it's going to get released. Some people say late August others say September,  and still others say not til October! iPhone 5: What are You Looking Foreword to?

Even though the iPhone 5 was confirmed by the Wall Street Journal we still dont know that much about it. It is said to have an 8 megapixel capera, heightened graphics, and above all  a totally new design! Earlier this year Apple put in for some patents for touch sensitive buttons integrated into the bezel and this made me wonder, how can they patent something that I have seen on so many android phones because I thought that kind of thing has already been patented. They obviously must be something completely different! The only other solid fact we have about it is that it will definitely be released in the fall (just in time for my birthday).  It may still be unclear how its going to look or operate but I know one thing for sure: I cannot wait for the iPhone 5.
